1. What type of payments are accepted?
We currently only accept cash at time of service. We do not accept checks, however in the next few months we will be accepting credit cards.
2. What schedule can you offer me?
We do our best to work with our customers schedules. We offer Weekly,Bi-weekly and Monthly services.
3. Do I need to supply anything?
We bring our own Essential Oil cleaning products, rags, mop, vacuum. We may ask that our customer supply us with paper towels (as needed) trash bags & the use of their vacuum if we need it.
4. What is the cancellation policy?
Because we fit you into our schedule on a regular basis, if for some reason you need to reschedule Please give us the courtesy of a phone call or email 24 hours ahead so we can put you into another time slot.
5. What are your Rates for Cleaning?
Just has every house is different, so is the rate for cleaning your home. Our rates are based on a Basic cleaning of your home and not by the hour. We customize your package for your home.
6. What if any other types of services do you offer?
Pet sitting ( while on vacation) One time cleanings, Organizing,
Party set/up * Clean up, Moving services
7. Do you offer Gift certificates?
YES, we do! Makes a perfect gift.

9. Is there a Referral Program?
Indeed , there is. For every regular customer that refers a new client to us we will give you a 10% discount on your cleaning. ( after the new client has had their second cleaning )
